Show Statuses/Upcoming Episodes

17 Apr

AQUA TEENI know many of you know this already, but the rest of our faithful readers deserve to be in the loop!

From now on, instead of putting show status/upcoming episode information in posts, there are two PERMANENT AND FREQUENTLY UPDATED PAGES with links at the top of the blog — we’re talking constantly updated information!

Check them out — right underneath the “Animated TV Blog” title!

Here are the links, separately, also–

Show Statuses

Upcoming Episodes

In those two areas, we keep track of everything happening with the (about 15 currently-airing) shows we love.

Enjoy, and more soon! The summer/fall TV seasons are coming up, and the return of AQUA TEEN is in June — we’re psyched!!

Fall/Winter Cartoon Season — Simpsons, American Dad!, Regular Show, Gumball, Sanjay and Craig, SpongeBob, and more!

Yeti Krabs - Spongebob Squarepants

Instead of a constantly-updated blog post or two, we added a sweet new feature to the blog design here!

Up above and to the right (and we’re also linking them here in this post), next to the (also updated) ‘About‘ page, we made two new pages — ‘Show Statuses‘ and ‘Upcoming Episodes‘!

So, check out the new header area. And bookmark us!

We’ll leave some of the upcoming 2015/2016 show info we’ve had posted here for a while now below, but from now on, we’ll be updating all the show/episode info on those two pages!

Plus, those two pages have all kinds of sweet links and stuff.

Enjoy em!

The Return of Animation Domination, Aqua TV Show Show, Squidbillies, China IL, Brickleberry, and South Park

1 Oct

They’re all back!

Animation Domination on FOX Sunday nights with The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, and American Dad!

Aqua TV Show Show and Squidbillies are both also showing new episodes on adult swim on Sunday nights!

Basically, there’s a lot of things to watch or DVR on Sunday nights.

Hello Mr. UPS man

China, IL is back with new episodes too (also on adult swim). new Regular Show episodes are pretty regular, as is Annoying Orange. All of those on Cartoon Network, of course.

Spongebob shows the occasional new episode on Nickelodeon whenever they feel like it, basically, but I happen to know they’re working on a new Spongebob movie!

We usually stick ONLY to TV, but Spongebob is still on TV, so the movie counts.

So there! Haha.

Here is the link to all the info for Spongebob Squarepants 2, and there is also…

A trailer!

Another great one on Nickelodeon is Sanjay and Craig, of course. It’s incredible! Funny and weird and amazing. Made by Thurop of Flapjack fame.

We’ve also been thoroughly enjoying Transformers Prime. While not our usual comedy fare, we’ve always had a soft spot for giant transforming alien robots from Japan.

Call us crazy.

Finally, Brickleberry is showing new episodes on Comedy Central on Tuesdays, and new South Park episodes are on Comedy Central on Wednesdays!

Think that’s pretty much everything going on!

Aqua Something, Sanjay and Craig, other Cartoon Network shows

9 Jun
Sanjay and Craig

Sanjay and Craig

Current great cartoons/animated TV we’ve been watching:

Regular Show on Cartoon Network on Mondays at 8/7c (pm), (The Amazing World of) Gumball airs new episodes at 7:30/6:30c on Wednesdays, and Annoying Orange has new episodes airing Thursdays at 7:30/6:30c!

The occasional The Looney Tunes Show on Cartoon Network is really good too.

On Nickelodeon, Spongebob Squarepants obviously airs the occasional completely random episode, and the new show Sanjay and Craig (about a boy and a snake) is really cool too.

The upcoming stuff:

As we all know, FOX’s Animation Domination is currently airing encore episodes, but they’ll be back soon enough, as will Comedy Central’s Brickleberry and South Park.

Aqua TV Show Show

Aqua TV Show Show (Aqua Something/Aqua Teen)

We’re SUPER psyched for the return of Aqua Whatever in AUGUST on adult swim!

China, IL is slated to come back to the swim in September or October, and Hopefully new Superjail! and Metalocalypse soon too (here’s to hoping!)

Heck, Bob’s Burgers is coming to adult swim on June 23!

Superjail! New Season Beginning, Animation Domination, Regular Show Special

29 Sep

Brickleberry!Ah, cartoon seasons end and cartoon seasons begin…

A lot of great stuff happening this month!

Great cartoon series that had their season finales:

Metalocalypse (new Dethklok III album out Oct 16!)
Aqua Something You Know Whatever
Squidbillies
Futurama (mid-season finale)
Regular Show (mid-season finale – starts again this Monday, October 1, with a HALF HOUR special – see below!)

Cartoon seasons already begun/beginning:

The Amazing World of Gumball (already started – new most Tuesdays, Cartoon Network)
Brickleberry – started Sept 25, Comedy Central (continues on Tuesdays)
South Park – started Sept 26, Comedy Central (continues on Wednesdays)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Sept 29, Nickelodeon (Will it be good?)
The Simpsons – Sept 30, FOX
Bob’s Burgers – Sept 30, FOX
The Cleveland Show – Sept 30, FOX
Family Guy – Sept 30, FOX
American Dad! – Sept 30, FOX (all five of the previously mentioned shows air most Sundays starting around 7!)
Superjail! – Sept 30, adult swim (Cartoon Network, continues every Sunday)
Regular Show – Oct 1, Cartoon Network (should continue most Mondays)

Superjail! has a new tumblr blog! And the new season starts tomorrow – Sunday night – along with all the Animation Domination shows on FOX!

Straight from Brad Neely, new episodes of China, IL are being finished up, probably for a summer premiere – and they will be HALF HOUR episodes!

There’s a new Spongebob rock and roll special airing on Nickelodeon soon, and there is a 4D Spongebob movie announced for Spring – probably in theaters..?

There have been no official announcments as to whether Ugly Americans has been renewed for a new season (we hope!) but MTV’s Unsupervised is coming back.

Hey MTV, I want more Beavis and Butt-Head episodes!

Great new cartoon-based toys came out for Regular Show and also now for T.U.F.F. Puppy! Now where are my American Dad! action figures, Seth?!?

Finally, Futurama and Regular Show won Emmys!!! Congrats to Maurice Lamarche, J.G. Quintel, and everyone else! We love ya!

As always, check out the links over on the right hand side for ALL the official websites of our favorite shows, and follow us on Twitter.
